I am on the host committee for the 8th Annual “I’m From Driftwood” Fundraiser BBQ.

"I'm From Driftwood", a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is an archive of first-person LGBTQ stories. The stories on IFD promote understanding, acceptance, empathy, and belonging, and send a simple yet powerful message to LGBTQ youth: Telling them that "You are not alone”

.I filmed a story for them, and I can’t tell you how proud I am of it, the heartwarming responses I’ve received from it and the thousands of other stories that have been told. Check out the website and take a look. Perhaps you would like to get involved and tell a story of your own.
